Donald Trump dissolves a charity of his after his money

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - US President Donald Trump will become one of its charities after admitting to breaking federal laws on "self-dealing," US media said.

Trump's decision to dissolve the corporation after disclosing its involvement in the settlement of legal disputes and buy a large picture of the President and participation in the dealings that revolve around many questions other than permitted by US law.

The issue of the institution has been on the surface after Trump's golf club paid $ 158,000 for a judicial settlement.

The club reimbursed the foundation after the case was exposed, while a spokesman said it was "looking forward to distributing its remaining assets as soon as possible to help several qualified charities."

In its 2015 tax returns, the foundation admitted to violating a legal prohibition against "self-dealing" that prevents heads of non-profit organizations from transferring funds to their own charities, businesses or families.

The case dating back to 2010 concerns Trump's use of funds from the foundation to settle a lawsuit in a lawsuit filed by a man who was unable to win a $ 1 million golf prize.
