US President Donald Trump described his rival in the 2016 election as Hillary Clinton "by default" and urged her to run again as president.
"It's the worst (and biggest) failure of all time, and it can not stop at all, and that's good for the Republican Party," Trump wrote in a tweet on Twitter, saying: "Live your life, Hillary, and try your luck again after 3 years."
Clinton, the Democratic nominee, was the most likely to win the 2016 US presidential election, but suddenly lost to Trump.
Earlier, Mother Jones published an interview with Clinton claiming she had many questions about the legality of the recent presidential election in the United States.
