The US president, Donald Trump, sits in front of the television for 4 hours a day, but sometimes this period doubles. White House President John Kelly Rains is "quietly and respectfully" trying to reduce his leisure time, according to The New York Times, after talking to 60 people from Trump's inner circle.
According to the newspaper, Trump wakes up at 5:30 am, and immediately runs the TV on CNN and watches the news, then turns into Fox & Friends.
The newspaper added that the US president and before he gets out of bed take the phone and start writing on Twitter. Trump often goes to the White House meeting room in his nightgown and begins his formal and informal contacts.
