How To Sinus Treatment

Sinusitis may occur after a cold, or prolonged cold. To alleviate its symptoms and intensity, here is a very simple and effective natural recipe for grandmothers.

Inhalation of hot water saturated with medicinal plants

Hot water vapor deepens into the cramped and closed pockets of the mucus, gently cleaning nasal passages. Extra fluid inside the nose also allows the secretions to be cleaned more easily. The sinuses and nose are clean and completely free, provided that the respiratory system is in good health. It is also more effective when we add medicinal plants that have antiseptic properties.

Recipe for hot steam inhalation with medicinal plants

• Make the water boil in a small bowl, then put 4-5 drops of essential essential oil in the water, or a tablespoon of dried medicinal herbs or flowers. Among the options available to you are: lavender, oval, camphor, thyme, or Pine or mint.

• Leave the plant mixture soaked for 10 minutes and then put it in a bowl, and wait a little so that hot steam does not burn your nose.

• Keep your head above the container completely, cover the head and neck with a large towel so that the steam does not leak, and breathe deeply and slowly through the nose.

• Keep inhaling until the steam fades, but not more than 10 minutes. Exhale your nose with a napkin to keep the mucus out, and repeat the treatment two to three times a day.
