Blackberry officially accuses Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp before the courts

The Canadian company "Blackberry" has officially filed charges against the Facebook company and its social networking site and its applications, both the application of sharing photos and short video "Instagram" in addition to the application of chat and instant messaging "WhatsApp."

Blackberry accuses Facebook of stealing its patents for instant messaging applications on mobile devices and integrating them into their own applications in breach of Canadian company rights, especially with regard to encryption and security protection, as well as notifications and more.

This is not the first time Facebook has been accused of stealing patents for rival companies or technology workers. Blackberry is one of the companies with a large patent pool of more than 40,000 patents.
