Press reports citing user complaints on social networking sites and technical support forums have revealed a technical problem in the Galaxy S9, a screen-related problem.
According to these reports, a number of users have noticed that areas in the screen no longer respond to touch commands, as these areas vary from phone to phone, without any logical explanation for it, which has angered users. Super AMOLED screens are produced Samsung itself.
For its part, Samsung acknowledged the existence of this problem but said it touches only a limited number of phones and indicated that it is working to identify the real reasons behind it.
